How do I login to my hosting's cPanel control panel?

cPanel is where you configure the various features of your web hosting. Your cPanel login details are detailed in your welcome email.

cPanel can be accessed directly (via cPanel username and password), or via a single-click button in your Krystal Client Area - details for both routes are contained in this article.

We have a separate article on changing your cPanel password and finding your cPanel username - link opens in a new window.

Accessing cPanel directly

If you've purchased your domain and hosting together from Krystal then your cPanel can usually be accessed via e.g. if your domain is then you'll use

If your domain name does not resolve to our server's IP address (usually because your nameservers are not set to Krystal's), then you will not be able to access your cPanel account using your domain name. In such cases you should instead login to cpanel using https://homeserver/cpanel

Your home server name is given in your welcome email you received when you joined Krystal or we have an article on finding out your home server name.

Accessing cPanel via your Krystal client area

  1. Start by logging in to your Krystal Client Area - link opens in a new window.
  2. Then click 'Hosting' and click 'Manage' on the appropriate account.

  1. Then click 'Login to cPanel' and your accounts cPanel will open in a new window.
